Another option I look for when shopping on any website is user reviews. Some sites will have the option of allowing customers to review items, but there may not be any actual reviews. Firmoo.com does a good job of getting consumers to post reviews. Most of the items have at least a half a dozen ratings and comments.
One other feature I like from the product page is the many different views you get of the frames. You can look at them from just about any angle, and there are many extreme close up shots. You know exactly what you are getting.
When ordering items online, I like to know the specifics. I’m one of those guys who reads the fine print. One of the biggest questions I have is how long it will take and how much it will cost to ship me my glasses. This varies based on your method of delivery. Criticism of Firmoo.com
For the most part, I really enjoyed my experience using Firmoo.com. I was able to find frames that worked for me at a price that could not be beat. My only criticism is that a lot of the frames were black. If you are not into black, this may be a bit of a turn off. Of course, many of the frames come in multiple colors, so odds are you will be able to find something that suits you.
To find out what others were saying about Firmoo.com, I did some research to find criticisms. Most of the comments I saw were positive. Customers got what they wanted in a timely manner. Some commenters were unhappy with the fact that the glasses came from China, especially since it took a little bit of time for their order to arrive. However, this is the standard in the industry.

So, should you buy a pair of glasses from Firmoo.com? This answer will vary for every person, but I had a very pleasant experience. They have simplified the online eyeglasses experience and have made brick and mortar stores obsolete, in my opinion.
